If you would like to send an artwork to digitize, we need the following information:

1) Size: You may wish us to choose the optimum size for the application, or you may want a specific size. If a specific size is needed, we must be informed of what it is.

2). Fabric: What the logo is to be sewn onto. The material can have some effect on how a logo is digitized. Also, if a size was not specified, we must know where the logo is to be sewn (left chest, sleeve, cap (front, back or side), full back, etc.) This is necessary information for us to be able to determine a size.

And also, if you could tell us the location where do you need the digitized design to embroidery is the best.
